Federal Register Notice Published: Lays out the next step for Neoflow to go-live
Earlier today, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) publisheda Notice in the U.S. Federal Register (“FRN”) titled “Agency InformationCollection Activities; New Collection of Information; Global InteroperabilityStandard (GIS)”. This FRN marks a pivotal step in the rollout of theNational Customs Automation Program (NCAP) pilot. Anticipated Start Date: December 2024
The anticipated start date for the NCAP pilot, according to FRNprocedures, is likely to be December 2024. This marks the culmination ofour efforts over the past five years designing the standards for GIS datautilizes decentralized identifiers (DIDs) and verifiable credentials (VCs) tohelp in identifying legitimate products and associated companies to build atransparent supply chain.
